Hi my name is Laura, I am a proud wife and mother of 4 beautiful active girls. Most nights and weekends are full of theatre, choir, volleyball, dance, soccer, and cheer. I was born and raised in Texas, and my parents were successful business owners here in Arlington. I have 20 years of customer service experience. In every position I have held, I have excelled in customer service, and it is something I am most proud of! I am an organized, critical thinker and problem solver. I am genuinely passionate about helping others, so customer service is my strength. While on the newer side of insurance, I am licensed in auto and homeowners. Homeowners' policies are my favorite! I honestly love my position here at State Farm. I enjoy teaching and explaining the advantages and even disadvantages at times of insurance. I love to get to know our customer and their backgrounds and enjoy building meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
